“I can only lead you to the truth. I can’t make you believe it.”
- Raymond Reddington, “The Blacklist”
I’ve learned that in this business, you must be prepared to offer a certain amount of education to potential clients, as cabinetry sales and renovations as a whole have so many moving parts, all of which can prove to be quite intimidating to a client. From the beginning, there is a level of trust one must develop with their cabinet provider and kitchen designer as they embark on one of the biggest and most expensive investments in their home.
There are a multitude of variables that must be considered before taking that first step into this “arena”, and once you make the decision to undertake a home project of this magnitude, there are many choices to make. Not just styles, colors, wood species, box construction, and most importantly - a functional design, but also the person with whom you will be closely dealing for the duration of your project – your kitchen designer and cabinet professional. I’m not here just to answer your questions, but also to educate you with the facts you need to make an informed purchase.
It is important to me that you have a working knowledge of the nuances of each cabinetry brand I offer, as well as a complete understanding of the complexities surrounding custom cabinetry design and ordering. Sometimes I may even have to say no to you, not because I want to withhold from you the things in which you’ve dreamed of, but because there are times when I can see the road ahead a little bit clearer and can guide you. This process doesn’t have to be difficult, it just has to be right.
Hi. I’m Paul, and I’m your cabinet pro.
