Visit our showroom in downtown Rochester, or call us at (248) 943-6603 to schedule an in-office or in-home appointment. There is no cost for this, and no commitment. Together, we'll discuss your project and determine if we are a good match for one another.
Now that the introductions have been made, we can discuss your project more in depth at our office. We'll take this opportunity to go over the preliminary details, such as available styles, colors, construction options and timelines. We'll discuss your project investment and expectations, and make recommendations based on our discussions. The information collected during this meeting is vital to us in not only designing your space, but assisting you in choosing the products that will best fit your lifestyle, your space and your budget.
Our experienced cabinetry designers create unique and functional spaces for our clients. With the information gathered during the consultation, we are able to tailor each design to our client's individual personalities while keeping functionality and investment in mind. No two projects are the same, and each requires a great deal of thought and planning. Our dedication to our clients is paramount, and to ensure that we can offer you our undivided attention, we request that our clients deposit with us a small design retainer at this stage to show their commitment to the project. Not to be confused with the "fee" that some other cabinetry shops charge, the amount of your design retainer will be applied and credited to the purchase price of your project.
We will present you with several preliminary design options on how to best design and utilize your space. Preliminary designs will be prepared to outline design solutions and to achieve conceptual ideas relevant to our conversations. At this time, we'll reflect on the feedback received and make revisions accordingly. It is our objective to create the space you've envisioned while composing a functional design that you'll enjoy for many years to come.
Once the design is approved by you, and final material selections have been made, we will provide you with a quote for the materials. Your design retainer, and any other discounts offered will be applied and credited toward this amount. A percentage of the cost will be requested as a deposit to place the order; once the deposit is collected, your design will be reviewed for accuracy and your order will be placed. Lead times are specific to each cabinet line and will be discussed during the consultation and design phases.
Whether it is our contractor or yours, we work well with each of the trades to achieve smooth execution of your project. We help arrange delivery of the materials and are available for questions and advice throughout the project process.
